By accessing or using the Refined By Fire Performance & Recovery Institute website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Refined By Fire provides recovery coaching, behavioral education, and performance programs. Our services are educational and coaching in nature and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical condition. The WTH Index™ is a behavioral scoring tool, not a medical diagnostic instrument.
Program prices are displayed at checkout and processed securely through Stripe. Purchases of one-time programs (The Guide, 90-Day Elite Protocol) grant access to the described materials and coaching. All fees are charged in U.S. dollars.
Because our programs deliver digital materials and personalized coaching, refund eligibility is handled case-by-case. Contact partnerships@refinedbyfireperformance.com within 7 days of purchase to discuss any concern.
You agree to provide accurate information, to use the services lawfully, and not to attempt to disrupt, abuse, or gain unauthorized access to our systems, forms, or endpoints.
All content, frameworks, and the WTH Index™ scoring system are the property of Refined By Fire and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute our materials without written permission.
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Refined By Fire is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services or reliance on any coaching or educational content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
