We collect information you provide directly to us — your name, email address, phone number, location, and the recovery, clinical, and behavioral details you submit through our assessment, application, and contact forms. When you purchase a program, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment details; we never store full card numbers on our servers.
We use your information to respond to inquiries, deliver the programs and materials you request, generate your WTH Index™ baseline, process payments, and communicate with you about your recovery pathway. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Some information you share (e.g. injury details, sleep, and mood) is health-adjacent. We treat this information with heightened care, limit access to authorized personnel, and use it solely to support your recovery coaching. Refined By Fire is not a covered entity under HIPAA; our practices are HIPAA-aligned but our services are educational and coaching in nature, not medical treatment.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate — such as our email provider (Resend) and payment processor (Stripe) — and only to the extent needed to provide the service. We may disclose information if required by law.
We protect your data with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, input validation, and rate limiting on all public forms. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your information.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing us. You may also unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message.
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business or legal purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page.
